Hong faced many challenges in this strange world, including a maze of thorny roses and a river of molten gold. But with each challenge, he discovered he had hidden strengths and abilities.

After many trials, Hong found the 'Heart of the World', a glowing, pulsating orb. But it was guarded by a fearsome dragon.

With bravery he never knew he had, Hong faced the dragon. To his surprise, the dragon did not attack but bowed to him, recognizing his courage and allowing him to take the 'Heart of the World'.

Hong returned to the tortoise with the 'Heart of the World', and the tortoise smiled. Suddenly, Hong found himself back in the ambulance, the surreal world fading away.

Back in the hospital, the doctors were amazed. Hong's heart was perfectly healthy! It seemed that his journey had not just been in his mind, but had healed his heart as well.
